The Recipe
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Stir-fry the vegetables in a hot skillet until they’re tender but still crisp. The recipe calls for cabbage, carrots, and celery, but you can customize it with your favorite veggies, such as bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together!
- Make the sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Throw that into everything else, give it a little mix and boom. You’re done!
