My family and I are about to set sail on a Disney Cruise and we are SO excited! I know the magic will begin the moment we step onboard. From the themed adventures to the oh-so-stunning destinations, every moment deserves an outfit that’s both comfy and full of Disney charm. That’s why I plan out outfits day by day, so we’re ready for every activity, photo op, and unforgettable moment with the kiddos. As you all know, I adore neutrals. It makes packing and coordinating outfits so easy for both myself and the kids! Let’s go over everything I’m planning!
DISNEY CRUISE DAY 1: Port Canaveral
This is the day to keep it pretty casual! This outfit is ideal to explore the ship and settle in without feeling overdressed. I’ll add the sweatshirt because cruise ships love to blast the AC indoors. It’s super easy to tie around the waist or shoulders otherwise. To keep the Disney magic alive from the start, these neutral Disney accessories like the Mickey ears and Baublebar jewelry are perfect!
DISNEY CRUISE DAY 2: Out At Sea (Pool Day)
On sea days, I know I’m just going to lounge by the pool and soak up the sunshine. I’ll pack a neutral swimsuit with a light, breezy coverup to keep things effortless. To protect from the sun (and look cute in photos!), I’ll grab my go-to straw hat. Of course, I’ll add a little Disney flair with themed jewelry and the cutest Mickey hair clips! On the first day, do not forget your SPF. I love the Roe mineral-based sunscreen because it’s not greasy and won’t make you look like a ghost.
DISNEY CRUISE DAY 3: Bahamas
Day 3 involves a water-park type location so a practical pool outfit is key! I want a full coverup for the journey there but also a sarong for chasing after the kids during the day. This straw backpack is great to stash all my essentials like sunscreen and a water bottle. To tie it all together, I’ll throw on some Disney-inspired jewelry and accessories for a touch of whimsy.
DISNEY CRUISE DAY 4-5: Disney Island
The next two days, the itinerary will take us to a couple island get-aways. These locations involve tons of sun, so be sure to pack SPF and sun hats! Since there’s cabanas to hold all of our stuff, there’s no need for massive tote bags. This coverup covers the shoulders and arms which is necessary after 4 days in the sun. I absolutely love this minimal Disney themed jewelry. It’s the small touches that make the difference!
TRAVEL DAY HOME
I’m all about comfy outfits for traveling so be sure to pack some neutral sneakers to get you home. Next, to look “put-together” while still being super casual, this Varley sweater is my go-to. High-end athleisure is perfect for travel days! This backpack is great for the airport as it fits a laptop, makeup bag, and whatever else you need on-hand.

For kids, focus on playful and comfortable outfits that are easy to mix and match. Disney-themed swimsuits, light cotton dresses, and character T-shirts with shorts are always a hit. I’ll pack sandals for pool days and sneakers for active adventures so they’re ready for anything.

It’s super easy to plan outfits for your kids when they revolve around neutral colors like beige and black. You can really dial up the Disney themed accessories with the kids also, because they absolutely love it!

When it comes to men’s outfits for a Disney Cruise, I recommend versatile pieces like comfortable shorts, button-down shirts, and swim trunks. Add a subtle Mickey T-shirt or a themed hat to bring in a hint of Disney style while keeping things casual and functional.
